[PRCo] Bloomfield Bridge

It appears to me that the Bloomfield Bridge, the one which preceded the 
current bridge, was built with car tracks.    See the attached 
pictures.   This is from the Historic Pittsburgh website.
To my knowledge, no carline ever crossed this bridge from Bigelow Blvd 
to Liberty Avenue in Bloomfield, or vice versa.     The 77/54 used The 
South Millvale Bridge which is several blocks uptown from the Bloomfield 
Bridge.

This is the description of the photo.   (The first photo is a close-up 
of the 2nd.)

Workers, from the South Abutment Looking to Bloomfield. The Straub 
Brewery Appears at the End of the Bridge. The Bridge Connecting Bigelow 
Boulevard and Liberty Avenue Took One Year to Construct. It was Designed 
by the City's Bureau of Bridges for an Approximate Cost of $450,000 but 
Built by the Fort Pitt Bridge Works. The Cantilevered Structure Totals 
2,100 Feet in Length.
