No, it does not appear to be doing a 'reply to all'. It only cc's the person from whom the original post (which is now being answered) came from. As in the case with this post which automatically came up with 'shadow at dementia.org' in the cc line. The cc address is already in the cc line of the blank 'compose message' form just as soon as the 'reply' radio button is selected to answer any given post. Also, it only happens with email on this list. Any other emails I send have only the 'to' address.
