 There is an interesting item on eBay. It is a lease/blueprint of the building located on the South Side in 1904. I tried to e-mail the item from eBay to the list but it did not show up. This link is rather long but I think Ed or Derrick may be interested in this.

I wouldn't want you to miss this if indeed it's of value. Just keeping my eyes open as I'm rarely on eBay anymore.
