 I guess Birmingham Traction Co. stuck in my head and that wa incorrect. Note new subject title. The blueprint supposedly includes the Birmingham Hotel. Link is too long so you have to go to eBay and search for the item number.

Probably easier just to go to eBay and search for 
item # 2801811933951

I wouldn't want you to miss this if indeed it's of value. Just keeping my eyes open as I'm rarely on eBay anymore.
