Yes, Exporail at Montreal has an aisle lined on both sides with restored streetcars, interurban cars and work cars in it's main pavilion.  Outside there is a one mile streetcar line running around the property with MTC 1959 and open car 8.
But not all the cars are restored as can be seen with MTC PCC 3517.

Has any trolley museum restored a car as a non-operable piece of equipment?  
(restore it for public display, rather then part of the operable fleet?)  I 
wonder what the cost difference would be?
