Its made by LGB.  Most likely to their standard 1/22.5 scale to run on 1 gauge (1/32) track, which means the 1 gauge track it runs on represents 3' gauge (actually meter gauge, to be precise) relative to the streetcar.  Far cry from Pennsylvania broad gauge.  If they make a PCC, at least it will be fairly accurate for LARY.

manufacturing a G-scale New Orleans Pearly Thomas model streetcar. The post also
