Dennis,

The only person with trolley sound that I know of is Dave Gairo.  He uses
DCC and had the folks at MRC? add trolley sounds to his DCC car unit.  He as
demonstrated these to fellow modelers at the NMRA and NY/NJ shows.   They
are inside a pair of Red Arrow center entrance cars.  A nice creative
effort.
