On that last trial I was on the Judge actually said that it is the 
responsibility of the Jurors to determine Who Is Telling The Truth as 
witnesses!!!!!!!

Whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!

Ain't anyone on this earth who can do that unless the Juror(s) was a 
witness as well which would rule out being a juror!!!

That is also an Admission that Those Who Are Sworn to Tell the Truth  
--  Ain't!!!!!

I  Am  Also  Cynical and after serving several times there are Just As 
Many Problems with the Jurors as on the other side of the 
system!!!!!!!       It's an imposition to be a juror and that was Very 
Evident in the last case upon which I served where the decision was 
rushed for the convenience of the jurors.

I have 3-attys in the family - sister, brother, and bother-in-law, so 
family reunions are More Like Inquisitions  --  I walk in, Raise my 
Right Hand, and say:      """I do Solemnly Swear  --  so be careful what 
you ask me!~!~!""

How Long Must I call for help but you do not listen?       Or cry out to 
you,  "Violence!"   but you do not respond?       Why do you make me 
look at injustice?       Why do you tolerate wrong?       Destruction 
and violence are before me; there is strife, and conflict abounds.

THEREFORE  the law is paralyzed, and justice never prevails.       The 
wicked hem in the innocent so that justice is perverted.
