It had to be before the 1954 strike, because the yellow cars are still in
service.  But 1775 is showing rust up top at the end of the roof gutter.
Rust on the anticlimber I expect after a week or two in service, but it
takes a while longer for body joints to begin breaking down.  The car has a
few years on it, yet doesn't look all that bad given PRCo's meager budget
for cosmetics.
