A couple other interesting tidbits.  1706 is an interurban 'probably' 
returning to the Car House via 38A after the evening rush to prevent 
bunching of cars on the single track of Overbrook.  Also, the PCC from which 
Roberta took the photo is a 12, 11, 10 since the front windows open so this 
further dates the photo --- and I am not sure that the front windshield on a 
12 could open!
