It's not so much the base fare.  I'll be watching to see what SEPTA does 
with tokens and passes.

Using tokens makes the "base fare" $1.30 (unless I run out and have to pay 
two bucks)

Gas prices are heading up again.  This might be having a marginal effect on 
split between auto and transit travel.
