No, Viacom, Viatrans, whatever the company calls itself, fires your butt 
whether you're at fault or not. That includes being rear ended while 
boarding or discharging passengers, being sideswiped by a drunk driver, 
having a suicidal person jump in front of  your bus from a concealed spot 
when your ten feet from him doing twenty five miles per hour, having a 
scammer in a junk car suddenly pull out in front of your bus in an attempt 
to cause an accident so he can sue the county, etc., etc.

They must have a deal with their insurance provider to have a group of 
"accident free" operators at all times.

Oh, the drivers start out around $10.00 per hour.
