A couple tiny clarifications on this. The July-1952 Electric Railroads pg.12
lists November of 1950 when the Brills and 3800-series SLCCo Interurbans
were removed from service.
.
Thus *-Base-* Service on the Interurbans to Charleroi and Washington was
provided by PCCs and Most Usually by the 1700--1724 series. The 1601-series
Interurbans may occasionally see All Day Service but were otherwise
relegated to rush hour tripper service. It would also be possible to see
some regular Jones and 3750s in service as trippers for a while after
November-1950.
