I had written to Blaine about PRCo book before I was on the Inet so that 
is a decade ago.       If we have to wait another decade for completion 
I will probably have lost interest!!!       Appreciate the difficulty of 
trying to write // publish in such a niche market but his market will 
disappear if he doesn't get it finished soon!
