something a little similar  --  took out frogs but brought opposing
non-revenue rail up higher so the car would bounce across Quite Hard.   
Removing the frogs reduced the tax base~!~!     But this has to be a
first for regular revenue design  --  Very Interesting  --  hope someone
can get us detailed pictures and hope it works out successfully.
