Phillip:

Probably the only youngster on the list is Derrick Brashear, the list
manager and he is not in his mid 30s. I'm 67. I think John
Swindler is close to 62. I first saw Holland running the brand new
Boeing cars at an ERA convention in San Francisco about 1980; I'm
guessing he is pushing 60. Lybarger, like myself is retired. Bob
Dietrich retired last year. Rich Allman has past 60 but he likes
medicine so much he talks about continuing to practice until he is
75. Herb Brannon was a motorman for PAT when the PCCs were still
running ... way back when ... I think I remember him saying he was
there when 1600s were still running. Jerry Matsick remembers the
thermal inversion that killed all those people in Donora under a
blanket of Smog almost 60 years ago. Bob Rathke posts pictures he
took in the very early 1960s and perhaps late 1950s in Pittsburgh ...
he is still working but I make him about to be middle 60s. Ken
Josephson is a spring chicken with a 12-year old daughter. Mark ...
I guessing about my buddy Mark but if I had to lay money I would say
45. But then I never was a good judge of age.

Now you can all come back and call me a son-of-a-b.

After all guys, if we knew Pittsburgh Railways, none of us can be
young. The exception was Derrick who started the list because he
wanted to learn from the rest of us.
