So is this one we need to save until we figure it out? If you're anything like me Ed, this will haunt you until you figure it out. Could this be near Star Mine? There was a bridge over a mine tram according to Tom Phillips' map he drew for me. But the landscape doesn't look like it would fit. The photo is labeled with a 36 so it seems it would be on the Washington line. I noticed the photos have 36 and 35 in them corresponding to the specific interurban line.
