Welllll, it makes loop - outbound Grant to Inbound Wood but maybe that
would be Inbound Grant to Outbound Wood depending on what routes used
it. Also interesting that only one turn to Grant exists. Routing
went through much realignment presumably. Wonder if cutting in
another turn here From Grant // Water to Smithfield coincides with
realigning Grant on the north end to Liberty~?~!~?~!
