Just found a photo from the B&O Historical Society which Clearly Shows
Double Track on Water between Grant and Wood (believe Bob Rathke and I
had a discussion about this in the past.) I would geese that the
single track from Wood connecting to the OB track on Water coming from
Grant would be a mistake in that drawing -- it was probably meant to
connect to the inbound track on Water going to Grant. These drawings
do have minor errors in them on occasion. So Your Guess of East End
lines making a loop to the B&O is Highly Possible -- just donut know
How Probable~!~!~!
