At my age I am hardly concerned with School Systems.     But on the 
recent trip to Southern WA the schools I saw Really Caught My 
Attention~!~!~!     MUCH   Invested in the grounds with plenty of 
outdoor area and much of that area dedicated to different sporting 
activities  --  tennis in one, baseball // softball another, football 
somewhere else.     Track separate.     Manicured lawns.     If the 
School Real Estate Investment also reflects the quality of the teaching 
then WA really has something Big Time  --  In the Suburbs~!~!~!     
This  I~S  the future of America!
