Well. Not exactly. Otherwise, I could get on at Allegheny Valley, get gas, 
get off at Monroeville, and use the untaxed fuel. An interesting shell 
game. But a toll credit based on the m.p.g. of the vehicle would be 
entirely far too hard to deal with. Besides, my foot is heavy, so my 
m.p.g. would be lower anyway.

It's just another example of someone paying for something for someone 
else, and that someone else wanting to continue getting without paying 
(or, with underpaying).

In any case, no, I'm just turning screws. I don't really care.
