Inefficient as everyone claims us Gubberment workers are~!~!     """You

Again, Pimples fail to realize that the lowest common denominator in all 
this Iz Pimples Themselves~!~!~!      We are the same in Govt, Industry, 
Non-Profits, Charitable Orgs, U.S.A., Japan, CZ, U.S.S.R., etc., etc., 
etc.     Some customs and habits are accented in different places, but 
we iz all the same~!~!~!     I~F   we really study OurSelves Closely  
(OurSelves includes that great Triumvirate Me, Myself, and I)  we ain't
