Personally, I don't consider this an error -- *_maybe_* an oversight
which was missed on proofing. Considering the magnitude of the book,
this couldn't be considered as a mistake. If I were to *_Guess_* I
would say one entry went from memory With The Stipulation That It Be
Verified (and thus the oversight) while the other entry was from the
records. We all do things like this at times.
