1601s didn't have drum brake signal - what about The Queen? NEVER
heard about drum brake problems until I arrived at Muni in the 1970s and
drum brake release failures happened Daily, several times Daily,
sometimes each and every trip, esp with 1101s, ex-SLPS. VERY___RARE
to have failure on 10s and DE 10s were GE while SE 10s were
WestingHouse. Maybe PRCo much better at MainTainNancy.
