Harold Lloyd definitely. This movie plays constantly at the A.T. & T. pavilion in Epcot Center, Orlando. The AT&T exhibit traces the past, present and future of communication. This movie is among many early motion pictures displayed.

It is Harold Lloyd. A few years back, Russ Jackson gave me a CD with this
movie on it...hilarious!

It looks like Harold Lloyd to me. It all seems so simple to us today, but
it is amazing how these early stars did all of their own stunts and the
technical people made some fantastic shots for the early 20th Century.
Truly a Golden Age of film.
