Couldn't this happen automatically?
Doesn't antiviral software automatically do this?
In other words, it may not have been done intentionally by any
person and as we forget / ignore the change of Subject line
we don't take 'spam' out either.

Often but not always yahoo puts list messages that I personally
wrote into my spam folder; I just move it to the inbox and
haven't noticed any labeling.
