Bing's single recording of White Christmas is the best selling single of all
time in any category.  It was composed by America's greatest songwriter, 
Irving Berlin.

As long as I have in-laws alive in Delaware County, I will have obligations
on Thanksgiving, since that is typically not a musicians work day.
Christmas & Easter are the 2 biggies and I have worked them both for many
years.  I used to work New Year's Eve, but dj's have eaten up a lot of that
work.

I have performed several times with different ensembles at PTM and plan on
continuing.  The group on the video does it for the joy of performing & the
money. Traveling that far for free is fine for those of us who have a giving
spirit, but not everyone has that spirit.

Performing gives me play money.
