Another new hotel is needed? And the Hilton is broke.
By the way, 135 rooms is a small facility. You want to make a
comparison, Motel 6 down in Washington has 102 rooms. The Hilton
in Pittsburgh has over 700 rooms. We're talking a press release;
not a significant investment.
