There was a chapter of the KKK in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, Lancaster  
County until fairly recently.   It appears from the local newspaper  
article pasted below that the klavern leader moved to Kansas three  
years ago to stir up those people.

Staff And Wire Reports A former white supremacist leader from  
Lancaster County has relocated his group from Pennsylvania to Kansas.

Charles J. Juba III, a former Ku Klux Klan grand dragon who has lived  
in Leola and Ephrata, recently moved to Kansas City, Kan., and took  
the Aryan Nations headquarters with him.

Juba, 33, who until recently held the post of national director of  
Aryan Nations, told The Kansas City Star the organization moved in an  
attempt to attract new members.
