I'm glad you were able to find the original article.  I assume it was complete in TH as Mr.Jones often cut an article midstream didn't he.  Thank you for the clarification on the fee - toll etc. payments.  It is possible that the map used was one on hand at ERJ; I did recognize that as I questioned the accuracy but forgot to mention same.

I also found an article on the 4000s.
