I had a chance today to consult the small scale (large detail) PRCo map
book from 1925. The spur is shown leading to a "slag bin." That begs the
question, perhaps, of whether the slag was coming or going. Any thoughts?
Is that a conveyor across Route 88? Exactly what is the east terminus?

Attached is a jpeg from Penn Pilot dated 1937. This gives a view of the
bldg. You can see possibly where the track came off the main line. Something
a walkway or conveyor is crossing route 88 from the bldg?
Any guesses ED?
Thanks
Ray
