The lease had long since been dissolved.   It was titled in the name  
of West Penn Securities Corporation who  leased the car first to  
Allegheny Valley Street Railway in 1930 as a means of protecting it  
if that company ever went under.  And that, of course, is what  
happened in 1937.   It was then leased to West Penn Railways and  
operated in the Coke Region under the value was reduced to zip and  
then it was sold to the railways for the residual value.
