I'm on my way out of town and don't have a lot of time here...basically the
IRS says if you're a hobby club you can't have a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt
status.  No more, no less.  Simple.  They had to change the name to gain the
exemption.

Is it written somewhere and if not, could you please give us a nutshell idea
of the concerns and needs for changing from club to PRMA.  I thought this
was completed by 1960 but am apparently wrong.
