The B-1 and B-2 trucks were conceptually the same.   They were both
frame equalized trucks with the bolster supported on swing links.

What you are looking at is very similar in concept to the B-2B that
was under the Pittsburgh city 1700s with a rigid frame resting on
springs and the bolster on spring pots.
