Another question from the 3rd grade......duhh.....
 
I was just reading a thread on model traction dealing with using pole-only
wire hangers vs.pole and pan friendly hangers.   
When PAT first used pantographs  (I assume on the PCC's) what was involved
in changing overhead and what was the chronology?
