I don't question your observations; just giving
another 'viewpoint' aren't I. Seems similar is
happening to many libraries isn't it. Are you speaking
from experience when visiting? Or are you
famished (lunch,) out of the wrong side of the
bed, or is your chain easily pulled?
It is not quality time to help those who are struggling?
There goes volunteerism. Goodness.
TV, bingo, casinos are on the bottom of the 'to-do'
list aren't they. Hope that helps.

Library? Not funded enough to open at night, let alone all night, and
that's the *main* library.
