And the county population has also been dropping.   Census in 2000  
was 1,281,666.  In 1960 the county had 1,628,587.   So the county has  
lost more than the city lost.   Remember that places like Wilkinsburg  
and Braddock are not particularly user friendly these days.    But  
we've been down this before Jerry.   It's nice to remember it when  
but there is a reason you're in Jacksonville.
