[PRCo] Winter Action Plan

Just to show what is being done these days, I'll send along this PDF.
The TTC has posted a Winter Action Plan on its web site outlining
actions during major winter storms.
There is a decision line for various storm conditions on pages 6 and
7, storm trains, third rail heaters, wayside heater equipment and snow
removal equipment are illustrated on pages 9-12.

Among the items contained in the Winter Action Plan that are related
to streetcar operation are the operation of storm cars, replacing
normal carbon insert trolley shoes with sleet cutters or broze trolley
shoes during periods of freezing rain and enhanced parking
enforcement. See pages 13, 14 and 15.
