I talked to him about some old Cleveland Transit System maps not that long
ago. I also see him at the Cleveland Trolley Subway Tours throughout the
year. He also worked for Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority and is
now retired. He worked in the Marketing Department and Transit Operations.
Wonder who you had dinner with? The real Blaine S. Hays spells his first
name with an "e" on the end.

On a somewhat related note, the PRCo/PATransit PCC (which is on display on
the West end of the Old Superior Viaduct) has been covered with several
tarps for the Winter. Too bad they couldn't move it inside the old trolley
subway.  It should be on display again in April.
