Mr.Schneider;
While it is true that anything is possible there are at least 3 pieces of evidence
working against this isn't there:
1--Mr.Cox very knowledgeable about Philadelphia isn't he.
2--Mr.Lybarger also knowledgeable; his association with PTM
........as archivist underscores this interest and knowledge.
........That is the 'PA'-Museum isn't it which includes Philadelphia.
3--Modelers are known to take license with their models aren't they.
........Thus the model may or may 'not' be authentic to the prototype.
........What is used to support can also be used to deny.
........It seems clear now that Philly had such a car but the name itself
........is in question.
Until concrete evidence is produced otherwise I shall accept that the
Philadelphia Funeral Car was named 'Hillside.'
Phil
PS - Not really interested in Philadelphia nor any other city; Mr.Lybarger
answered my question concerning PRC didn't he. Thank you.
