The rebuilt inner section of 85-Bedford used double brackets arms near the 
Civic Center. The feeder cable was supposed to go underground along that 
stretch, but a miscommunication resulted in either the trough for the feeder 
not being installed, or maybe the trough was installed, but covered before 
the feeder was installed. I forget the actual story.
