Yes, most of the JTC PCC's were looking worn in the final years.  I think I 
overlooked their condition on trips to Jonstown from 1958-60 since I was 
more concerned with dashing around town photographing  whatever cars were 
still running.
One exception was 407.  Attached is a photo I took of 407 inside the Moxham 
shop on April 30, 1961, nearly a year after JTC discontinued trolleys. 407 
appears to be in better condition than the rest of the fleet, and may have 
been kept inside for restoration and sale.
