Pennsylvania also issues photo identification cards that are not driver's license.
Medicare cards are also issued to persons under age 65. It is not a proof of age card, and it includes the social security number. Best to be kept in a safe place.
Could have also asked for a Senior Citizen Transit Identification Card. At least it would be transit related, and unlike Illinois, there is no state residency requirement in Pennsylvania. Upper Merion Twp. issued a state senior transit id card to a senior that used a passport from India as proof of age. It was valid under Pa law.
Suspect PTM was looking for a 'hook' to entice visitors, and this list is debating the 'law of unintended consequences.' From a practical standpoint, you don't argue with the customer.
