what's w/ the pink line poles in first photo?! What's w/ the condom on the 
coupler? safe sex for light rail cars?! the new paint scheme on the LRV's 
looks quite nice, eh? My impression of Cleveland as city when I visited a 
number of years ago: downtown is rather appealing  and attractive 
architecturally, but at night semi-creepy because taking a walk, literally 
no one on the streets! RICH
