[PRCo] The day the Cuyahoga River burned

I fogot to add that the day I moved to Cleveland was the day that the
Cuyahoga River burned. I didn't think much of the occurance since I had
seen the condition of the Cuyahoga River, and I assumed that it burned at
regular intervals.
True story.
