[PRCo] Example of detail in Detroit Publishing Co 8x10 Glass Plate Neg. at The Library Of Congress

To repeat as an explanation...
Library of Congress has a lot of huge downloadable images
from one of the largest producers of American postcard,
The Detroit Publishing Company. There are a lot of good
images to be explored. If you have Detroit Pub. Co. postcards
that show tiny little streetcars, you can get detailed close-ups
of those very same cars from huge high res files made from
the original 8x10 glass plate negs.

As example I have attached three images.

The first is an image of a common Detroit Publishing Co.
postcard of the Monongahela Incline.

There appears to be some kind of streetcar in the background
behind the fence and women with the suitcases.

The second image is a close up of that section of the high res
scan of the original 8x10 glass plate neg. It reveals in detail
what that street car is... as well a hefty pile of horse manure.

An alternate image (not used for a postcard) taken at the same time
from a slightly different position gives an unobstructed
view of that same car without the ladies, the fence, or the horse poop.
