thanks for inquiry re: shoulder-coming SLOWLY! and thanks for clarification 
re:1600. Yes, Bowser is successor to old Pennsylvania Scale Models. The 
formerly white metal models are now resin. The front and back whisker lights 
on the model is becuase the Philadelphia prototype has them-easily file or 
sanded off, then touch up.
