I thought that the Ohio derelict PCCs mentioned in these exchanges were the ones in Jedlika's "collection."  This just in from my brother, who lives in Ohio, and may shed some further light on the issue.  Apparently there are, or at least were, two sets of derelict PCCs in Ohio, and not all that far from one another.

Many years ago the original BC people had visions of running all the way south
to Junction City.  The crossing of US 40 remained available so cars could be
stored south of 40.  Several years ago the crossing was removed and such track
on south that was left was lifted except for that holding the four PCCs that
have been derelict just north of I-70 for years and years.  These are
ex-Shaker (not Cleveland) cars.  I wandered around and in them some while back
and wrote down the numbers, which I still have somewhere.  I don't remember
whether the cars are Pullman or St. Louis
