Yes, that's it. I know we had a discussion on The List several years ago
concerning the Ron Jedlicka collection of non operating cars. I forgot
exactly where they were located. The PATransit 4000series PCC, which he
owns, is still sitting in the East end of the parking lot at the Cuyahoga
County Engineers Office. This office is at the West end of the
Detroit-Superior Bridge. When the car first arrived there around 2006 it
looked halfway decent. Now it looks like a refugee from a scrap yard after
sitting through several Winters near the shore of Lake Erie. Cuyahoga County
government was not going to keep it up, even though it's on their land and
Ron Jedlicka doesn't seem to want to keep any of his cars maintained.
