Yep, that's the place.  The satellite overhead view is a bit out of date since it shows the skeleton of the large building only and the exterior is now complete.

It is NOT in Thornville, which is on the south side of the lake.  A more accurate location would be Harbor Hills--just east of Buckeye Lake town.
